Rationale

Why these run in a room, not a call.

Technology creates speed; direct interaction creates depth. Cross-domain risk work depends on people from different functions — operations, IT, security, continuity — reasoning about the same system in the same room. That is hard to reproduce over video.

Each session is scoped to one asset, terminal, or corridor that your team names in advance. We map its dependencies live, mark the pivot and invisible dominoes, and leave you with a first-cut degraded-conditions protocol you can pressure-test internally.
